When capacity becomes critical
Planned shutdowns, maintenance peaks, new installations and contract delivery can stretch permanent teams. We help define the additional capacity and trade mix required.

One specialist, a small team or support for a defined project: the starting point is always your actual work. We discuss the skills, timing and conditions before proposing an approach.
Planned shutdowns, maintenance peaks, new installations and contract delivery can stretch permanent teams. We help define the additional capacity and trade mix required.
Trade, experience, location, shift pattern, start date, duration and site requirements matter more than a generic vacancy description.
The commercial and operational model is assessed for each assignment. Documentation, travel, accommodation, equipment and site coordination are discussed where relevant; none is assumed to be included by default.
For maintenance, name the equipment, shutdown window, isolation arrangements and expected handover. For construction or infrastructure, identify the phase, drawings, interfaces with other trades and access restrictions. This gives a much stronger starting point than a job title and headcount alone.
Some qualifications, language abilities or equipment experience may be indispensable for safe work. Other preferences can be discussed. Making that distinction early allows realistic profile assessment and avoids losing time on candidates who cannot meet a true requirement.
Before a start is agreed, confirm who handles site induction, permits, tools, protective equipment, travel, accommodation and daily communication. Also decide how work completed, open items and changes in scope will be recorded. The precise allocation belongs in the project agreement.
Share the trades, location, expected start and scope. We will take it from there with a focused conversation.
