Company enquiries include contact details and information about the project. Career enquiries include contact details, trade, experience and availability; a CV is optional. Please do not include health information or other sensitive data in the form or CV.
We use these details to answer your enquiry, assess a possible business relationship or discuss relevant work. Where the enquiry concerns steps toward an agreement, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For ordinary business correspondence and protection against misuse, we rely on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f). Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical browser and connection signals to limit automated form submissions; it does not read form entries. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.
We review messages while handling the enquiry and normally remove unanswered or inactive enquiries within 12 months of the last contact. A CV from a person with whom we do not proceed is normally removed within six months, unless a longer period is required for a specific legal claim or obligation. Cloudflare hosts the site, TransIP provides our receiving mailbox, and Resend sends the enquiry and confirmation messages. Resend keeps email and delivery logs for 30 days and stores them in the United States under its data transfer safeguards. Messages in our receiving inbox remain subject to our own retention decisions.
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object where we rely on legitimate interests. Contact info@hexaworkforce.be. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority. We do not use form submissions for automated decisions.
