Careers

A career conversation starts with your experience.

We welcome contact from people working in industrial mechanics, welding, automotive services, construction and infrastructure. Tell us what work you know and when you could start. This is not an application for a listed vacancy or a promise of an offer.

What helps us understand your profile

Tell us your trade, specialisation, experience, current location, language skills and availability. A CV is useful but optional at this stage.

What happens next

We review the information and contact you if there is a relevant opportunity or if we need to clarify your experience. Project terms are discussed individually.

Show the work behind your job title

Describe the machines, materials, processes and environments you know. A welder can name processes and materials; a mechanic can describe equipment families and diagnostic work; an operator can explain the machines and settings used. Relevant licences or certificates should be stated accurately and supported when requested.

Share practical availability

Tell us where you are based, where you can work, which languages you use at work and whether shifts or travel are possible. Clear availability helps distinguish a suitable future project from one that looks attractive on paper but does not fit your circumstances.

Review terms before accepting a project

Tasks, location, schedule, remuneration, travel, accommodation, equipment, insurance and the contracting party should be clear before any commitment. Ask who will give technical instructions and who to contact if conditions on site differ from the initial description.
